story
Tactical Construction Services, LLC., was established in 2017 by Pablo Jimenez. The full-service construction company specializes in roofing and siding for both commercial and residential clients throughout the state of Connecticut.
Jimenez maintains a sales and labor team comprised of skilled, knowledgeable, and reliable employees with a combined 30-40 years of industry experience. He’s proud to be changing the face of the industry by employing a larger female workforce to take on both sales and labor roles within the company.
Whether the job is big or small, Jimenez treats every home or business as his own. Hands-on, he oversees all projects, working one-on-one with clients from beginning to end and provides quality craftsmanship and the highest standards for every project. The company earned the CertainTeed Gold Star Craftsman in siding construction, the highest credential offered by CertainTeed who presents this credential only to companies that have an established record of high-quality workmanship, expertise, and reliability.
Prior to serving in the Army, Jimenez obtained an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Texas A&M University and began working in the construction industry, receiving experience in siding, roofing, window installation, and more. Proactive in extending his education and growing his company, Jimenez and his staff have taken courses and seminars throughout the U.S. to learn new techniques ad advancements in roofing and siding.
In 2022, Jimenez began working with Latinos in Roofing, an initiative for contractors, and also has increased his knowledge of the insurance industry to help customers understand their homeowner’s coverage. Prior to taking on a residential project, his mission is to always educate customers on the work that needs to be completed and what is covered by insurance.
Giving back to his community is important and Jimenez created Roofs for Troops, a nonprofit organization that provides one free roof a month for military personnel in need. Through the nonprofit and his business, Jimenez appreciates the opportunity to help others and educate them. “I love what I do. It’s a passion. The feeling is great!”
